Warnervale GP Superclinic is proud to be participating in Phase 1b onwards of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
As there is currently limited availability of COVID-19 vaccinations our practice has decided we will
contact eligible patients directly.
Please be patient as we work to schedule appointments based on vaccine availability/stock.
